We want you to love every Powerlook purchase. If something doesn’t fit right, isn’t what you ordered, or simply doesn’t match your expectations — we’ve made exchanges and returns simple.


Exchange Policy

  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if: You received the wrong product, or The size does not fit.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags.
  • Pickups will be arranged by Powerlook within 2–3 working days of your request.
  • If the returned item fails quality checks, the exchange will not be processed, and the item will be sent back to your address.
  • If your requested size is out of stock, you may: Request a refund (as per our Refund Policy), or Choose to receive the refund in your Powerlook Wallet.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size — not for other products.

Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log in to your account at Powerlook.in.
  2. Go to My Orders → Select the order → Click Return Product.

Pickup & Shipping:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days.
  • Reverse shipping charges of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund (except for wallet refunds — see below).
  • Shipping charges & COD fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
  • If your pincode is not serviceable for pickup, you may send the return via self-courier to our warehouse.

Self-Shipping for Returns

If your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you can send the product to us at:

Important Guidelines:

  • Pack the product securely to avoid loss/damage in transit.
  • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Once we receive and verify the product(s), we’ll process a full refund within 48 hours. No ₹100 reverse pickup charge will be deducted.
  • Do not use The Professional Couriers for returns — they are unreliable.
  • We recommend using India Post Speed Post for safe and cost-effective shipping.

Return Conditions:

  • All items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags and packaging.
  • Items without tags or in used condition will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Damaged / defective / wrong / missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs sent to support@powerlook.in.

Refund Policy

Amount Refund:

  1. For returns, COD charges are non-refundable.
  2. Reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from refunds to the original payment method.
  3. If you choose a Powerlook Wallet refund, the full amount (excluding COD charges) will be credited without deducting the ₹100 reverse shipping fee.

Mode & Timeline:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 working days after processing (1–2 working days post item receipt).
  • COD Orders: Refunded to the bank account details you provide within 7 working days of verification.
  • Wallet Refunds: Credited within 2 working days after the return is received. Wallet refunds cannot be reversed to a bank account later.

Important:

  • Incorrect bank details will delay the refund; if no correct details are provided within 7 days, the refund will be sent to your Powerlook Wallet.
  • If the returned product fails quality checks, it will be sent back to you, and shipping will be charged.
